Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Bend IT Solutions LLC ("we", "us") collects when you use benditsolutions.com and the Signal short-term-rental tools, and what we do with it. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the service.

What we collect

• Your email address — when you create an account, request a sign-in link, contact us, or subscribe.
• Addresses you check — the property addresses you enter into the eligibility checker or map, used to return a result. We do not build a profile linking these to you.
• Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number; we only receive a confirmation that a subscription is active and the email tied to it.

Cookies

We use a single sign-in cookie to keep you logged in. It is strictly necessary for the service to work and is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking. We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies, so there is no consent banner to click through.

Usage analytics

We keep simple aggregate counts of how the site is used (for example, how many address checks ran on a given day) so we can improve it. These counts contain no IP addresses, no location data, and nothing that identifies an individual visitor.

Service providers

We share the minimum necessary with a few processors that help run the service:

• Stripe — payment processing for subscriptions.
• Postmark — delivering sign-in links and contact-form email.
• ZeroBounce — checking that an email address is deliverable.
• Our hosting provider, which runs the server.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

How we use your information

To operate the service: to sign you in, send the emails you ask for, answer your inquiries, process and manage your subscription, and keep the service secure.

Data retention & your choices

We keep your account and the emails you send us for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can ask us to access or delete your personal data at any time by emailing admin@benditsolutions.com, and we'll honor reasonable requests.

Children

The service is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy we'll update the date above. Material changes will be noted on this page.
